Every family comes with a unique tradition and history and so happens with us when in 1969 the very first hotel of our collection was constructed, Afitis boutique hotel was back then a reality.
Started as small as a petit complex with a family character, interpersonal philosophy and hospitality culture as we apply nowadays where attention to every detail and true care for any need for all our visitors is a priority.
Since then the family has significantly grown applying the same principles as happened the very first day. Our ethics and values still are our core interest towards the creation of bespoke places that unwind and rejuvenate all senses of every guest becoming a honored member of our tradition .

We honor our selves when sourcing the very best ingredients for our restaurants and we want to make sure that everything comes as fresh and well grown as you do for your kids. Our passion for a deli fine experience for all of our guests led us to create our own private garden fields where more than 15 types of vegetables are produced every summer season.
Our dedicated gardeners along with our Chefs select the very best varieties of seeds to cultivate, grow and finally cook until that is served in your plate. Our ethical approach to cooking towards a gastronomic experience is highly based on making sure that the provenance of everything is of an excellent quality, organically produced and masterfully cooked.

Cuisine is the status quo of our quality and so the culinary creations of our young and talented Executive team who have excelled by creating a contemporary yet traditional cuisine transforming all first quality ingredients into a parallax of fusion colors though traditional flavors. All Menus are handcrafted with great emphasis on all products selected within 50km local sources and our bio gardens that cover the whole variety of all groceries needs. A pure Mediterranean breakfast where homemade delicacies stand as the centric concept behind every in-house prepared marmalades, original Greek yoghurts, various pies and cakes as well as a la carte pancakes and omelets are some of the products that consist a deli-fine morning experience.
Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere on a delightful patio with panoramic sea view offering a mix of inside and outside dining. A simple and authentic Greek restaurant with sea food dishes, prepared in front of your eyes in an open air kitchen. With fresh vegetables directly from our gardens, the sea food are brought daily from our local fishermen’s catch and laid out on ice.
